At Trident Pilates, we are committed to delivering high-quality Pilates classes and a positive experience for all our clients. Please carefully review our refund policy below before making a booking.

Refunds:

• All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event that a class is cancelled by the instructor.

• In such cases, clients will have the option to receive a full refund for the cancelled class or to reschedule to another available class at no additional cost.

• No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for missed classes, late arrivals, or client cancellations, regardless of reason.

• Package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
